I'm Jessica, a yoga teacher and women's circle facilitator. I specialise in tailoring private yoga classes, prenatal classes, and group classes that cater to diverse needs and levels.
Beyond my love for yoga, I study psychology full-time at the University of Manchester. I am committed to understanding the intricate connections between the human mind and body. My profound interest in human behaviour and mental well-being fuels my desire to create a safe space within my yoga classes where you can find physical strength, inner peace, and self-discovery.
